To view at a glance whether your school has pupils without a UPN or staff members who have not entered a date of birth into their USO accounts select the option to List UPN and DOB summary.
If the school exports both staff and pupil data the results will be summarised. You can then take take appropriate action. If all data is correct and USO data is complete then there is nothing further to be done.
