Welcome to the User Guide for the Wavenet Education Support website.

Data Protection

Please see our Fair Processing Notice that addresses Wavenet Education's data handling approach with regard to the Data Protection Act.

Structure

The chapters in this guide follow the layout of the module links (yellow buttons) you see running across the centre of the screen when you log in to the site.

Each chapter name refers to the main module and contains explanations for the sub-menu items.

The guide is presented in a split-panel view with the table of contents on the left and the content of each topic in the main window on the right.

Navigation

To navigate the table of contents, expand a topic by clicking on its name to view the sub-topics contained. Click once to select a topic.

The tabs at the top of the left panel allow you to view the table of contents or search for the subject you require.

Searching

The search is performed on the full text. Searching for more than one word, will produce all instances where those words are found on a page, not necessarily in order. To search for an exact phrase put it in "quotation marks". The words and, or, the, it, is, an, on, we, us, to, of, has, be, all, for, in, as, so, are, that, can, you, at, its, by, have, with, into will be excluded from searches unless they are part of a phrase enclosed in quotation marks.

Printing

To print out a page, please use the Printer Version button located in the top right corner of this window after clicking the More button. Do NOT use the Printer icon in your web browser as this will not allow the main contents of the page to print correctly. Please consider the environment before printing.

Sending feedback

If you would like to query or comment on any of the pages in this user guide, please use the Send Mail Feedback button located in the same place as the Printer Version button. This will create a new email that contains all the relevant details regarding the page you're viewing so you will not need to manually enter this information.
