The Latest Shibboleth logins option from the "Report" drop-down list, shows when each user at the selected establishment last authenticated at the IdP for any service or a particular service. These logs are taken from the Single Sign On login page at idp3.lgfl.org.uk so record accesses to all LGfL web-based resources that are protected by the Shibboleth authentication system. This includes the j2e blog tools, Busy Things and this support site.
To see a report, simply click Build report after you have selected which service, on the Criterion drop-down, that you wish to see results for.
The rows on this report's results will be color coded depending on the date in the last login column.
If a user has logged in:
•within the last month it will display as green.
•not within the last month but within the last year it will be khaki .
•not within the last year but has logged in previously will be red.
•not within the last 3 years (or never) will not have any additional formatting.
After building the report, to save the resulting list click Export to Excel to create a spreadsheet.
The report will show all the data that was displayed on the page, minus the color formatting.
