To view additional user information you can select one option at a time from the Indicator dropdown menu. An additional column will display the information selected.
The additional field can be selected at the time of the initial search or added after a search has been run. If it is added after a search has been performed, you will need to click on Search again to update the results. When an additional Indicator field is added, the column will be inserted between the Password and First Name. Only one additional column can be displayed at any time.

OTP tag? field: States whether an OTP tag has been registered to a user. Yes/No only. Verified mobile? field: States whether a Verified mobile number has been entered for a user. Yes/No only. StaffMail aliases? field: States the number of StaffMail address aliases a user has. LGfL mail enabled? field: States whether an LGfL email account is enabled for a user. Yes/No only. Mobiles of contacts? field: States whether there is a parental contact mobile number for a user. Yes/No only. Creation date field: States the date the account was originally created. Latest move or create field: Shows the last time a user's account was moved (ie associated with a different school) or a new association with an additional school was made. Last support site login field: Shows the last time a user logged into the Wavenet Education support site. Has MIS GUID? field: States whether the user has an MIS GUID (Globally Unique Identifier). The results will display Yes/No only. If you need to see the GUID, export the list to Excel using the Export to Excel button at the top of the column and if a GUID exists it will be displayed in the MIS GUID column in the spreadsheet. Number of associations field: States the number of schools with which a user is associated. Gender field: Shows each user's gender as M or F only. Accepted T's & C's field: States whether an individual has read and ticked the acceptance box on the terms and conditions for using the support site. Main association field: This displays either Yes or No and is used to determine which school is the main association for a user who is associated with more than one school. A Yes next to a user's account indicates that the school shown in that row is the user's main school. A No indicates that the school shown in that row is not the user's main school. The Last password change option will show the date on which each person last changed their USO password. No. of NC associations: this option shows the number of schools at which the user is a Nominated Contact over the total number of schools that user is associated with. For example, this column might show "2/5". This should be read to mean that the user in question is associated with 5 schools in total but is a Nominated Contact at 2 of those schools. |
