Is it possible for everyone to change their own password?
Yes, there are a few different ways for staff and pupils to change their password.
Staff can log into the USO support site and go to User Accounts > Change password.
Alternatively, anybody (staff or student) can go to https://support.lgfl.org.uk/ and select the blue icon with the key on it to change their password.
Please note students are able to go to the above site to change their password. If you do NOT want pupils to be able to change their password, please raise a support case to request this.
