How do I deal with unwanted emails arriving in my inbox?
There are two main ways of handling unwanted mail. You may choose to create a rule in your mailbox to intercept incoming mail and delete it or divert into a separate folder.
You may also modify the Junk email settings within either Outlook or the Outlook Web Access interface (if you only use webmail) to handle particular messages.
If the sender of the unwanted emails has an external address, you may choose instead to configure MailProtect to intercept incoming mails from known addresses or domains.
You may access the MailProtect site by going to My Account > LGfL MailProtect logs.
Once logged in you should find the message using the search criteria and select details.
This will then give you the option to permanently allow or block the sender.
