The Service Desk is available to contact via the support site or by telephone. To use this facility online select the Service Desk module. The functionality found here is available to Nominated Contacts.
- Raise an issue Open a discussion with the Service Desk regarding your query
- View issues Offers the ability to view current and previous issues raised by yourself or others in your establishment
Select the function you require by clicking on its name.
Alternatively, hover your mouse over the Service Desk link. When a dropdown menu appears, select the required option directly from the dropdown menu.
